Research to develop a vaccine for a disease first identified in Kenya, is now being led, at one of the highest institutes of learning in the world, by a Kenyan.
Dr George Warimwe is leading a group of researchers in The Jenner Institute at University of Oxford to develop a vaccine for Rift Valley fever. I wrote an article on his work in the Saturday Nation (13th February 2016), here is a link to the article…..
